So here is our new house. We put an offer on it last week and on Friday they accepted the bids, on Monday someone came in and put an offer on it, so we had to out bid each other. Yesterday we found out the bank accepted our offer, funny thing was our offers were EXACTLY the same. I am so grateful, The Lord BLESSES us so much. I am grateful for family and friends who have prayed and helped us along the way. It has been a frustrating time. This house needs some elbow grease, but the people that were foreclosed on it took all the knobs, and sink, blinds, fans, and even the back DECK. Obviously you can tell it needs to be painted. We are planning on closing on the 8th of July. This house is on a golf course, it has a small backyards, well at least smaller then what I am used to, lol. It has 4 bedrooms and a den, a big laundry room upstairs, 4 bathrooms. It has a basement but it is unfinished. We are really excited to move in and make it our home.
